Terrible service! The valet took my car at night and drove it without my consent, which I discovered from mileage and the vehicle app information that is linked to my phone. Overall, this incident significantly impacted my stay, and I do not feel that the hotel took responsibility or addressed the issue properly. I cannot recommend this property, especially to guests who rely on valet service and expect their vehicle to be secure.

The reception and valet parking staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean and house keeping are very friendly and accommodating. Pool area is amazing. Great location and wonderful property to stay at !

I was bothered by the fact that the hotel does not have anything in place for guests who have to come with trailers, detachable or otherwise. The city is uncompromising as well since the public parking doesn't allow for attached trailers or detaching one from the tow vehicle. I also was upset with the fact that they used feathered pillows and blankets and didn't let us know beforehand so we could request a change. Unfortunately we found the following day after we had some allergic reactions. The staff was good in promptly taking care of the change. It sucked having to deal with it after the fact though. Finally, the bathroom shower looked like it had black mold growing inbetween the floor and wall shower tile.
