The room where we stayed was great, clean and roomy. Great access to the beach, the pool and paddle boards were great. They have breakfast which is included and that's a plus. The staff was great. The housekeeping maids were a bit hard to communicate with since some didnt speak english and it worked out. The only thing i would like to see is some effort to recycle. I know a lot of businesses dont recycle but it's ironic they dont when the beach is next to them. Otherwise, this is a great place ;)

Lovely pool and beach. Outdated room.

Staff are wonderful! Staff made sure to make sure we had supplies and cleaning completed. Our fridge went out and the fridge was replaced within an hour. Great breakfast!

For the price the place was pretty run down.

We appreciated the nice breakfast that was offered. Also we enjoyed the Eco-tours that were offered. A quiet and relaxing place to get refreshed.

Cons: Rooms and facilities are very outdated and in need of repair. Pool had broken tiles all around and looked to have been "patched" many times previously. Bicycles were available to use but were rusty and very old.Our particular room was not as described which was very frustrating. The ceiling had water damage, stove was rusted, dust along all of the baseboards, headboard was detaching from the wall, light in the refridgerator kept flashing and flickering, bowls and plates were chipped, carpet was unraveling and the curtain backing was peeling off. Pros: Steps away from the beach, tennis, shuffleboard, bicycles and kayaks were available to use. Close proximity to shops and dining and the staff was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast had a decent option to choose from. Not sure I would choose to stay here again unless there was an amazing deal. Our room looked nothing like the picture online and the description was VERY misleading. It was not a pleasant way to start our trip! We tried working with the front office to get a new room, one more like the description but there were no other rooms available for the duration of our stay. They stated we could try one of their sister hotels but it would be an additional charge per night of $90 and we would lose our deposit of $250 that we had to pay upon check in. We ultimately could not afford to do that as we had already paid quite a bit for the trip. It was an ok place to shower and sleep and thats about it.

Nice pools. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. Dirty coffee pot and used coffee still in it. One coffee cup and one plastic cup only. Empty Kleenex box only.

The beach was awesome 😎

Noseeums were horrible. The room was never below 80 degrees while running the AC continuously. Carpet needs to be replaced.

3rd time staying here, and my favorite part it the beach area. Parking is my least favorite; super crowded and hard to get out of.

Property located right on the beach and they provide umbrellas and loungers. Rooms are clean but furniture a bit outdated. The only problem we encountered- a lot of stingrays in the ocean, which make it impossible to use. Although the pool was warm and nice.

This place is potential but just couldn’t live up to that. The location is good, rooms are a decent size. But I’d describe as not well kept

The location is great. Staff is always responsive. It's a comfortable stay but needs to be updated.

Second time staying at this location. Super easy to get to, and centrally located to everything.

The pool was great and its right on the beach!! Would definitely stay here again!

wonderful service. clean accommodations. Thank you.

The best thing about this property was - it was next to the beach. So you don't have to go to "public access" beaches and pay $5/hour parking. We booked this hotel because it was right on the beach and had breakfast available. But it is the "breakfast in a basket". So that was a disappointment. Stay was alright and any complaints were responded to, pretty fast. We had 2 queen beds. One of the bed was kind of broken and if you sleep on it you end up in the middle. The mattress was so saggy. But the kids felt it was some fun and used that bed. Besides that the hotel had free bikes and kayaks to rent. They had no restrictions on beach towel changes, since we went off season. It was a good stay overall, with only slight disappointment about one bad mattress bed and the "breakfast in a basket".

Loved it was so close to the beach. Nice shelling beach. Pool was great and getting to see a sunset every night. Room could have been cleaned better. Nice to have a breakfast basket everyday.

The positives : so so close to the Gulf water ! Bikes to use as part of your resort fee, but they aren't in the best condition. You have a full size refrigerator, stove, and oven, microwave and coffee maker. The negatives - being awoken after a wedding for a 8am housekeeping knock - just too early.
