Service was a bit slow in pizza cafe and restaurant. Seems there was only one waitress each place. They did best they could but the resort needs to have more than one per area to help. Overall, very nice place to stay for families.

Dirty dirty dirty. Turned the bed down at night to sleep and found blood all over them. Had to change rooms at 11 at night.

Great place to stay on honeymoon. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

Staff Excel! You know it is there job, but they seem to go out of there way to make sure, every thing was , as it should be.

The resort is located along the beach but depending on the room you may not have a view of it. The condos all come with a full kitchen making it more economical, however there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the resort and off the resort.

Beautiful resort! Wish we had more time here! The beach is wonderful! Great location that is off the main drag, yet it is very close to restaurants.

The beach is the best part, quiet, long and full of shells. The staff were very friendly, grounds were well maintained and pools were nice. We ate at Shima, chef Sam was so fun and hilarious. We had a great experience overall and hope to come back again!

I loved the unit and the beach. Personnel is very kind, except for the person in charge of helping with the ombrella, who seemed bothered by my request for one.

One of the best resorts I have stayed in. Clean, very friendly staff, good food & service.

Stayed 1/23/17 thru 1/27/17. The room was very nice and clean with kitchen, and nice bedroom area and living area along with balcony overlooking ocean and courtyard. Very quiet

This was a last minute decisions to come to Sanibel. We were very excited to be back on the island. It had been many years since we had come, and this was a Great place to relax and unwind. Loved the extras included in the price. kayak and paddleboards and bikes

If Shima restaurant offers you a free meal, go pay anywhere else. Place is terrible!

Overall we had a really enjoyable stay. Staff were very pleasant especially Activities staff. Nice Bailey's Marketplace

They were supposed to have sofa bed ready. Found out at 1am it wasn't. Dropped off linen 10 minutes later. They did not make up bed

We had not visited Sanibel Island before and had a great time! The Sundial was nice with access to pool and beach- perfect for families who want both! Clean rooms- loved having kitchenette. Staff at Sundial were lacking in customer service from the front desk to bartenders to servers in restaurant. A bit of a disappointment for sure! The recreation staff were great. We would definitely return

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, updated room with beach feel. Just wish the sliding door would have opened in the bedroom, so I could feel the sea breeze at night. Bedroom also needs a fan. Loved the complimentary lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Very close walk to your own private beach.

Condo was nice mattress was not up to the cost of the room .. Other than that great spot ..

Great staff, rooms were clean and resort was excellent. Caution with activities at resort. We're not told children had to be 16 or over to use paddle boards and bikes. Both of my kids are well aquatinted with paddle boards as their both in a club in ft Lauderdale, our home town, so to have them tell us they couldn't use them was a bit of a problem, but one of the staff members made it work when they saw our disdain.. Overall a wonderful short getaway weekend.. We'll be back..

We have nothing bad to say about our stay. Staff was more than welcoming location was wonderful. There were days we never left the resort. Perfect! Family of 4 with two children under 5.

This was a great getaway for nature and tennis. The courts were great and the staff was always helpful with arranging tennis courts and people to play. The hotel restaurant was the best place I ate at while on the island.
