This immaculate house features a Master suite with 1 king bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower, large walk in closet and French doors to your Lani/ pool area. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and large walk in closet, 3rd bedroom is a combination of an office area and and large twin murphy bed with a large walk in closet , Beautiful guest bathroom has a large walk in shower with a private door entrance to your Lani/ pool area. Plenty of extra space for more sleeping arrangements if needed. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, solar heated pool, washer/dryer. Pickle ball court, playground, bike riding, gulf access so you can bring your own boat or easy boat rentals for sightseeing for Dolphins and a beautiful sunset close by. Close to beaches, spring training baseball , airport, FGCU University , multiple dining and shopping locations and all in one of the friendliest neighborhoods around.
