Central Retreat! Centrally located in Ft Myers - only 20 minute to the beach! Heated pool. Outdoor barbecue. Huge backyard! Two kitchens! The main home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bath, with sliders that open to the pool area. Additional Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. 4 bunk beds in the 3rd guest bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom. The Mother-in-Law Suite has one king bed and bathroom with a separate front entrance. The Mother in law suite has a spacious living room, with access to the pool from the kitchen or from the bathroom. The kitchens are well stocked with gorgeous granite counter tops and new appliances. Laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a travel crib.
