Built in 1924, this Sears Kit Home ( model: "The Walton") has charm to spare. Enjoy a piece of American history updated with modern conveniences like a gas fireplace, hot tub, and chef's kitchen.
No smoking on the property.
Guest access
Our cottage is located a short walk from the Downtown River District where you can enjoy local shopping, dining and entertainment. There is a public boat ramp just a few blocks away for all you boaters out there.
Using "Dean Park Historic District, Fort Myers, FL" as a start or end point in the navigation system of your choice will give you a general idea of the time and distance our location is from anywhere you are or anywhere you would like to go.

We do ask our guests understand that this home is nearly 100 years old. As such, she's crooked and creaks. If such things will be bothersome to you, we can recommend you to some more modern lodging that may be more to your taste. This is a non-smoking property.
We are unable to guarantee early check-in (check-in before 3pm) until the day of check-in. Likewise, we are unable to guarantee late check-out (check-out after 11am) until the day of check-out.
