Welcome to RiverView Retreat. The property has been completely renovated since the Hurricane and everything is brand new! There is some staining to the surface of the pool and spa but, all pool equipement is brand new and the pool and spa have been completely sanatized! We have been welcoming many guests since reopenting the property.
You will enjoy morning walks around the quiet neighborhood and riverbank views surrounded by large Paradise Palm tree lined streets. Located just off beautiful McGregor Blvd, you are just minutes away from fine dining and the most exclusive amenities the area has to offer in shopping, parks and golfing. Just 25 minutes gets you to RSW airport, famed Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel & Captiva Islands. Historic old Ft Myers and the Edison Estate are just around the corner.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Great RiverView Home in a Great Area

Everything was as advertised. The neighborhood is very nice as well. Beautiful view of the River from driveway. The house has everything you will need for your stay. Beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
