Beautiful and recently updated apartment in Legends Country Club with social membership. Freshly decorated with modern aesthetics, this apartment is within walking distance of the club house, 3 restaurants, tennis courts, bocce and pickle ball courts, and amazing pool and hot tub. Apartment is on third floor with beautiful view of the lake from the screened in lanai, and very close to the elevator. There is a dedicated storage shed opposite the elevator for bikes, etc.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
