Tiny house was adorable. Very close to center of town, could walk to everything. Place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Would come back and stay again!
Very cute place close to everything! Loved being on the water - fishing was fun and we loved the kayaks as well. Would definitely come back!
Very cozy and cute amenities. Love that this property was on the water. Easy to get around and walk around the village. Would definitely stay there again!
We stayed in the older trailer on location Was clean and had lots of space The bathroom door had issues on not wanting to stay closed
Great idea! Small place to stay when what you come for is the island. Outside was beautiful and it is in a great spot. The trailer we stayed in needs updating but it was okay. The traffic on the road from 10am to 3 pm is crazy.
The location is excellent and outdoor seating was great, right on the water. The décor of the Alligator Room was cute. HOWEVER, the shower/tub was unusable. Found lots of mold (and hair) under the bath mat along with standing water so contacted the owner and asked if another unit was available. He apologized that the tub had been painted and the paint peeled off so was ugly but sanitary, which it most definitely was not and that all other units were booked. By happenstance, ran into the housekeeper and told her the situation. She offered to clean the tub and mat, which she did, but then we noticed the shower head was black with grime, couldn't tell if it was also mold so we didn't shower for 2 days. Had an all day conference in Naples to attend so had to go as we were, yuk. Also found crumbs behind dishes on the shelf and top of salt shaker was full of gunk. The new tiny houses looked real cute but the Alligator is actually two rooms in an old trailer. We could hear the neighbors easily. We noticed other reviews on this/other sites had the same issues and the owner's response was dismissive. Wish we would have read them before booking but we did see the overall was 4 stars, guessing this was due to the reviews on the 3 new tiny homes. Would happily supply pics to verify our post. Ruined our tiny house experience, recommend this old trailer be removed and replaced with a new one. PS - The neighbors in room next to us said the street noise was awful.

Yes you are correct that this tub was refinished before season and the finish has come off, sorry. Good news we are replacing this unit this summer with a brand new one. hope to see you again next year so we can show it off to you
