Fun Beach House-Less than 5 miles to the beach!

Refund if your flight is canceled due to government shutdown. This unique place has a beach style all its own. Fort Myers Beach is 3.5 miles away. Bunche Beach less than 2 miles away and the Sanibel Lighthouse 8 miles away. The house sleeps four. On site we have Two Pools, Hot Tub, Corn hole, (bean bags provided) Tennis, Pickle ball, Shuffle Board, Bocce Ball, Horseshoes, Chipping/Drive Net, Boat washing station. The home includes beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles, patio furniture and a cooler. At least one renter must be 35 years old. One bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Coffee pot, blender, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board included. Rent the entire house, no cameras anywhere. Must agree to Sun Resort rules and regulations. Check in with office to get parking pass and amenities card.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Kitchens, washing machines, and 2 bathrooms are also available.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please load and run the dishwasher, the cleaners will put the dishes away.
Leave used beds unmade, so the cleaners know which lines were used.
Empty food storage containers. Tie garbage bags up tight to avoid critters, and bring garbage to the dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
