2-bedroom condo situated in the heart of Kelly Greens Golf Club, gated community. Lush surroundings, sunny and cheerfully, with lanai room on ground-level. Beautiful sunsets. A short drive to Sanibel Island and its beaches, and to Fort Myers Beach. Fully equipped, including washer and dryer, with a king-size bed in the main bedroom, and twin beds in the second bedroom. Community swimming pool and tennis court at short walking distance. To golf, there is a $400 transfer fee that has to be paid to the clubhouse. The transfer for golf is possible only for stays of more than 30 days. For rentals of 2 months and up to 3 months, the transfer fees, which give access to the golf course and the clubhouse, will be included in the lease price. Valid for 2 persons and only for guests who wish to golf. For the others, the transfer fee of $150 which gives access to the clubhouse and its restaurant and bar will be included in rentals between 2 and 3 months. Small dogs accepted (less than 20 pounds).
