A fully stocked kitchen with new appliances opens up to a large living/dining space lanai with grill.

Enjoy access to the brand new community center, complete with 2 pools, a kid water park area, tennis courts, putting green, restaurant , basketball courts, and gym.

Very close to both JetBlue Park and Lee Health sports complex, baseball stadiums.
