Located approximately 4 miles to Fort Myers beach and 6 miles to Sanibel island. Just a few miles to JetBlue park. In a perfect location! Close to restaurants, shopping, attractions… Very close to the pool (2 mins) and located directly overlooking a preserve for privacy in your lanai.
Single car garage (optional) but enough room for 2 cars in the driveway and additional guest parking. Minimum of one month but would prefer 2-3 month rental.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
