Enjoy the beautiful back bay view from your screened balcony or take a short walk to the beach! The Sea Grape Bay complex is located off of Mango Street, closer towards the excitement of the Times Square area but still secluded enough to enjoy the calming sounds of the bay.
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is perfectly located for your next Fort Myers Beach stay. This unit has made beautiful upgrades since the storm and you can take advantage of the lovely stonework and modern appliances. There is an in-unit washer and dryer plus linens are included! Both bedrooms have a king bed. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
In addition to the main living room, there is also an office nook with a desk. This unit also features two lanais / screened patios, both with views of Estero Bay! The lanai in the back of the unit spans the entire width of the condo and can be accessed from the living room and primary bedroom.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
The minimum age to rent is 25. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
