Nestled in Fort Myers at the gateway to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach, this delightful home offers 2 Bedrooms. One with a Queen bed and the other a Double Bed. Central AC and heating, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The bathroom features a refreshing walk-in shower for a quick pick-me-up. The Resort Park offers both a large heated pool and hot tub, and another smaller heated pool. Pickleball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, (bean bags provided by the owner,) bicycles, and a grill are just some of the amenities for you to enjoy. Don't forget our wonderful beaches are less than two mile away! We hope you enjoy what our home and Fort Myers have to offer!
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Kitchens, washing machines, and microwaves are other standard amenities.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Complete Sun Resorts booking form and sign Rules and Regs to be submitted prior to arrival. Upon arrival, check in at office to obtain parking pass.
Leave leftover food in the refrigerator, it will be donated. Load and run the dishwasher. Leave used beds unmade, so we know which linens were used.
Tie trash bags tight to avoid critters. Bring trash to the dumpsters prior to departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
