Mile of walking trails along the protected sanctuary where wild life abounds on Bay Beach Lane, Located on the south endo of Estero island there is a beach access where you can walk for miles and enjoy all the varieties of birds that flock to the beach.
This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo comes with full kitchen, laundry and under building parking. Nicely decorated in a contemporary decor with updated kitchen. All linens, towels and kithcen cookware is provided for your convenience. Cable and wi-fi is included. THe Palms of Bay Beach has one of the largest heated pools on Fort Myers Beach.
This condo is rented on a monthly basis from the first of the month to end of the month from December through April. We do not accept reservations from mid month to mid month unless you reserve 3 months.

Great apartment and location and pool with some mold smell
We liked this rental very much. Everything we needed was included. Much room great bay view nice kitchen. Only issue we had was mold smell from one cabinet that we could not get rid of.
