The home is very clean and spacious. We couldn’t have been happier with the location. A quick walk across Estero Blvd and you’re on the beach. Great views of the gulf from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.

We loved our stay! The place is beautiful, brand-new, and spotless — every detail was immaculate. Excellent location just steps from the beach, and the pool area is lovely and relaxing. The house was fully stocked and thoughtfully laid out, making our stay effortless. Check-in was easy and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a beach getaway — we’ll be back!

The house was beautiful and in an incredible location! Amazing unobstructed views of the gulf. The house was clean and had plenty of room and amenities for our entire group. Aaron was always quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful with providing recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. in the area. Would definitely recommend and would rent again!

We had so much fun staying here! The house was clean and fit 14 people perfectly! The pool was a great size and heated so the kids could be in it all day and night! The walk to the beach was so convenient and the views were amazing! It was a short drive to Publix for groceries and only about 1.5 miles into the action. The traffic was a bit crazy in the evenings and it took about 40 min to go to dinner only 1.5 miles away.

Great location. Pool was perfect and layout of the house was great. Could use some more pots and pans-hard cooking for a group-but everything else was spot on.

Everything was top notch. Great views of the gulf. Newer house with elevator for elderly if needed. The heated pool with outside Tv and grill were a nice addition for the non beach days overall excellent place to rent to relax.

This property is exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises. The beach is directly across the street, and the garage is well stocked with great beach gear and toys, which made our stay even better.For a group of 14, the number of bathrooms was a huge plus and made everything much more comfortable. We did need to contact management during our stay, and they were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, a great experience!

Amazing Views and Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron’s place in Ft. Myers Beach! The views were absolutely stunning—sunsets right in front of us, and the beach just steps away in front of the home. The location couldn’t be better. The house was beautiful, with amazing views from the rooms and the added bonus of an elevator for convenience. Aaron’s team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back. Thanks again, Aaron!

Fantastic!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Our family stays somewhere on Ft. Myers beach every year, this year we added my elderly parents and my sister. A large group! The house was a great size, across from the beach, large gathering areas and the elevator was a game changer! Everything we needed-not one single complaint! We appreciated a low maintenance vacation for the entire family! Thank you so much! We highly recommend this space

Great house and location!

This house was brand new, and you can tell was built really well with alot of upgrades. The location is great, about half mile down from the main Ft Myers beach so is much quieter. House is located right accross from the beach and has a great pool. our only recommendation would be to provide shampoo and body wash in showers. also i would recommend more games in the rec room leading out to the pool. maybe a cabinet with board games and a foos ball, ping pong or pool table.

The host was very communicative, before and during the stay, when we needed them. The place is new and very nicely done. We only had 6 adults and many more people could have comfortably stayed. The beach chairs, wagon, etc were very helpful The pool is nice and private and despite the cooler weather, it was warm. You look out the front of the house, over estero blvd to see two empty lots (so far) and the Gulf, so even though you are across the street from the bech, you have an unobstructed view. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful white sand beach, never crowded. Since there are miles of beach along the island, it isn't crowded in the area where the single family places are located. The price was very reasonable. If you can't stand traffic noise, that would be the only problem as the busy road is between you and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants with a mile or two and grocery stores, as well. We highly recommend this vacation home.
