Private beach atmosphere

We had an amazing time at Estero Island. Great private like setting and a friendly atmosphere. If you love a private like beach atmosphere, then this is the perfect spot.

Beach was amazing.

Everything was amazing. The beach was gorgeous and calm. Very few people in the beach which made it very easy to find a spot to enjoy the day. However, when checking in we did not know that you only get one parking pass but the lady in the front office was absolutely amazing because she was able to give us a second parking pass for the week for our other car. Also, was not aware that we were suppose to shut the hurricane shutter on the balcony every night until we received our warning because it is turtle season. Other than those things, our stay was amazing.

South Island

Be advised that at this condo you are quite a distance from the water, it is sand but quite a walk to the water as it is on a corner. This condo has a very nice wrap around balcony as it is a corner unit. Many of the pots and pans and blender are old and need to be replaced and the unit could have been cleaner, I noticed the management team and they were very attentive and accommodating. Overall it was very nice.

Relaxing!

Loved being on the quiet end of the island. Unit was very clean and updated. Twin beds were uncomfortable and could of used some more drinking glasses in the unit but overall was very happy. Loved having the beach chairs and cart on the patio.

Nice condo

This unit is very nice and clean. Great kitchen, bathrooms and the bed is comfortable. The screened in balcony has an awesome view however it is a long beach walk to the water. Only one elevator was working so it was a pretty long walk to the unit but you can use stairs being it’s the 2nd floor not bad. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Carlos Pointe 236 Perfect Vacation spot!

Well equipped. Linens, towels, and beach towels provided. Comfortable master bed! Lovely corner screened-in lanai with a good breeze most of the time. Living room furniture cute but not the most comfy. Nice kitchen with lots of cooking/dining equipment. Nice to have some cleaning supplies for ready use- soaps, washer detergent, dishwasher detergent etc, Small stackable washer/dryer- very small loads but gets the job done. One elevator totally out of commission during our stay. The other one had issues one day so had to use stairs. Doable for getting to second floor but at age 80 not appreciated. Nice quiet end of complex! Great beach walking, Less traffic at south end of beach. Santini Plaza handy with shops and many dining choices. Take in the Farmers’ Market with wares and food. Will return to Carlos Pointe and hopefully to unit 236! Thank you to the owners for providing an extremely clean , cozy home,

The condo was overall very nice and comfortable. However we didn't expect the beach to be so far away from the condo. Also the sand was full of sandspurs and you had to wear shoes all the time. On a good note, it's very close to Lovers Key State Park that you can walk or bike to.

The appearance is a general cleaning has been done. One person in the group kept getting bit so we started looking close & saw tiny black bugs that jumped around. IDK.. sand fleas or the common flea. I’m wondering if the electrical boxes & ceiling fan in living room are up to code. I feel if guests are arriving at my & it’s their first time there, it’s confusing to find your way in. I ended up calling the emergency # & spoke with an angel named Barbara. She was patient, kind, & not aggravated that I called her late. Thank you Barbara.. The “beach” is way too far from the unit. Location is nice & quiet. Hot spots 10 miles down the road if that is what you are looking for.

Very quiet; great view from corner unit.

Very quiet. It is not the best beach and there is good distance from the building to the sand. The unit is located at the end of the island by a bridge so the water current is high. Nonetheless, if you like to walk, just North the beach gets better. Lovers Key is just South (2 minutes drive) with a great beach. The corner unit offers great views and the terrace wraps around which offers a breezy crosswind to be enjoyed (even in Summer!)

Very nice place

The unit was very nice and had everything we needed. The only downfall was the long walk to the beach. It’s not a bad thing… just wasn’t what I was expecting. I would definitely stay here again!

Birthday week

Stayed here with husband and another couple.last week of April and absolutely loved it. Loved walking every morning on lovers key island Spent a lot of time on the lanai which was screened in There were 4 good beach chairs , coolers and a beach cart for our use which was a nice bonus. Would stay here again

Loved the corner unit

It was a beautiful view and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location on the quieter south side of the island near Lovers Key State Park was optimal. Only negative is that furniture could use an upgrade, particularly the club chairs. The unit had great beach chairs and a beach umbrella!

30 years Later

Very nice condo. Only 2 beach towels for 6 guest. No dish towels. Sofa sleeper so bad had to buy air mattress. No extra bed linen. Master bedsheets knotty. All towel kept in extra bathroom none in master. Towels were still damp and had to dry before using. Otherwise very nice place to stay. We went to office of Kathy Nesbitt to verify check in process. Was told to come back at 1:00 because units usually ready. Came back at 1:00 and were told unit not ready and was made to feel as if we were being rude by coming in early. Not the friendliest of staff. We will for sure come back to FMB have been for 30+ years. Not sure will rent from Kathy Nesbitt again. Most we ever paid for a condo that have the least amount of supplies.
