This 9th floor unit has a fantastic view of our private white sand beach, from both the beachfront lanai and the master bedroom window. This unit is conveniently located in the highly desirable mid-island area of Fort Myers Beach which provides easy access to the downtown and mid-island shopping facilities. This unit provides a comfortable, casual retreat with all accommodating features including a dedicated covered parking area underneath the building, providing easy access and weather-protected parking, two full bedrooms equipped with king size beds, private bathrooms with a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub and shower combo in the guest bath, a fully equipped kitchen with a sit-down desk area, complete laundry facility, living area with dual power reclining leather chairs and power reclining couch and ocean view lanai with table, chairs and lounge seating. The unit comes equipped with smart TVs, as well as high speed internet and cable.
