Cleanliness is important
The overall cleanliness of this property was substandard, as were all the linens provided. I have sent pictures to the property management team today, and explained only some of our concerns with the property managers upon checkout. Unless a team went in there and used bleach or antibacterial cleaners everywhere, I would not recommend anyone stay here. There were only 2 towels that were decent; the wash rags and other towels were ones I would only use as rags in my house. While I admit I am a clean snob, with the after effects of COVID, the expectation is that the place would be much cleaner. Just a quick look at the place, it would seem the unit was clean. Then we got to unpacking and the creepies started.
Also, the unit directly above us was having renovations done, and for 5 days straight we had construction noise starting at 8 AM. The first 2 days were jackhammers all day!!!
The pool was nice, although in the middle of the week, the County inspector came and closed the hot tub. The short walk to the beach is nice; however, there is very little beach and lots of little shells, no collectors.
