Ultimate Luxurious Beachside single-family pool home will satisfy the most exquisite taste. You will not only enjoy the quality and style of the home, you will enjoy the Gulf waters and the soft white sandy beaches just footsteps from your door. No need to cross busy streets to get to the beach! Enjoy the beautiful Gulf sunsets, collect the abundance of seashells, watch boats sail by and see dolphins playing in the calm waters. The home shares a heated pool with the other three homes in Key West Court.
The kitchen has a beautiful open concept with stainless steel appliances and ocean views on both balconies to enjoy dining or morning coffee. There is an in-unit washer / dryer included. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor by itself with a king bed, wet bar, and a jacuzzi! This luxury bedroom also has an ocean view with its private balcony. The two guest bedrooms feature queen beds, allowing a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. They are also both equipped with their own full bathroom.
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. For your family reunions and gatherings, inquire about renting the adjacent home in this small complex (251 Key West Ct).
The Publix grocery store is a short 5-minute walk. There is a marina behind Publix with boat rentals and fishing charters. A Trolley Stop is located in front of the property for convenient transportation around the island.

Some things were very nice, some were good, some were not
TriPower needs to have an emergency/on call phone number for things that come up outside of their office hours, like if you have an issue getting into the house on Saturday night or Sunday, they won't (as of our stay) return your call until Monday. Hope you don't get locked out or something serious happen that you need help.
The location is great. Only parking space for one vehicle or maybe two if you have small cars and do a lot of acrobatics. Some things appear to be hastily built or unfinished. Outlets crooked, a thermostat was broken, exposed drill holes in elevator doors, black mold around some ceiling vents, an exterior door that got jammed partially open and would not close, pool fence was not installed properly and the anchor bolts simply pulled out of the ground, meaning the gate and fence were leaning and flopping all over, and more. We had a number of issues during our stay and sometimes TriPower was quick to respond (such as for the flying ant problem), some things took several days (like the black mold issue--didn't the cleaning crew see this? previous renters?), but some things were never resolved before our stay was over, like the front approach light sensor, meaning we had to walk up to the front door in the dark every night. TriPower was always nice on the phone. The property has a fridge on ground level, beach umbresllas, and floaties.
TL;DR: The location is great, the property is ok, and TriPower needs to step up their game.

Beautiful Unit and Beach, but terrible pool
The unit is beautiful. Everything was super neat and clean. They provided a ton of beach and bath towels. Two bedrooms in the third floor and one in the second was perfect for us. The grandparents stayed in the second floor bedroom, the kids in the third floor bedroom, and my wife and I in the third floor master bedroom. The grill area was nice. The elevator was a cool amenity, just make sure you use it correctly or someone will have to come to reset it. The beach was a really short walk from the unit. The beach itself was nice. The sand is white and soft and never got too hot. The water was very warm and shallow. It's good if you have small kids. Two big concerns/disappointments was the railing on the balconies, particularly on the second floor. They are not secure at all. They need to be secured immediately. Also, the pool was disgusting the during our whole stay. We did not go in at all because of how dirty it looked. I was told that it's difficult to maintain the pool because of the summer heat. If that's the case, don't advertise that you have a pool. We had to drive half an hour to a public pool cause my kids were begging to go to a pool. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider rebooking.

Perfect Family Vacation
The location was exactly what we needed/wanted with a young family (3 and 1 year old). Close to the beach, quiet, close to the grocery store, and the pool was a nice break for the little ones. Overall, one of the best properties we have expereinced for a beach vacation with little ones.

Great House and Location
We loved the location of this house. Literally steps to the beach. The pool was small, but was only shared with three other houses so it fit our needs. There was an issue with check-in but the property management company communicated well. Overall, I would stay here again.

Sibling Trip
This was a three couples siblings trip. The house was perfect for it. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It had an elevator which was a huge plus for a group of 60+ adults, including one with mobility issues. The house was comfortable and clean. If there was any negative it is that there really was only one restaurant within walking distance, but we anticipated that. There is however a Publix within a block. All in all two thumbs up.
