Condo is Fully furnished and Ready to go. Only Minutes from a private beach access, and Resteraunts and Shopping. We have two lanais that overlook the canals, one off the Master bedroom, and one off the Living room. Quiet part of the Island but there is a Trolley that will take you down to the popular times square location where it is much more active. Amazing resteraunts 5 minute walk from condo to enjoy.

Listing info needs an Update

The online listing information was from before the hurricane. The pool was not available for over half of our reservation time. Once pools were operational - they were very nice. Distance to beach was an easy one block walk.

South end, friendly community, clean and well maintained.

Pros: great hosts, clean place, newly and well stocked kitchen, nice lay out (bedrooms upstairs and living on main level), nice washer/dryer, beds were comfortable, linens were quality both for bed and bathroom, tvs/cable/internet were new and worked well, pool was nice and warm. Cons: natural light not efficient, no spa on site. We enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for activities like golf or shuffleboard, they have weekly and monthly activities here. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. In season it is a very active place to be. We walked to the beach and also to the Santini plaza which has shops, dining and a local farmers market twice weekly. Overall we recommend staying here.
