5 golf buddies stayed here in April. The place is huge and is very well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to bars & restaurants. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax after a rough round of golf. Would definitely stay here again.

The Island Escape is easily the most beautiful beach house we have ever stayed in! It has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Two full indoor kitchens, a great outdoor kitchen, private pool, hot tub and numerous other amenities. My family had so much fun staying there on vacation. And lots of room to either spread out or get together for a family game night (we had fun playing “Midnight Werewolf” around the ground floor dining table). We would absolutely go back again!

Perfect property for a family vacation. The home is spacious and modern, with a great outdoor area and pool. The beach is an easy five-minute walk, made even more convenient with the available wagons. Beach chairs and toys were provided, which was a nice bonus for our beach days. There’s also a grocery store just a quick five-minute drive away.All in all, this property was perfect for our trip to Fort Myers Beach.

Beautiful vacation rental

This vacation home is one of the best equipped rentals we have had the opportunity to enjoy. Highlights included the full afternoon of sunshine on the pool area, the large volume of comfortable pool furniture, the well equipped barbeque facilities and the duel laundry facilities.

Amazing house

The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed every aspect of the house. We had our children and grandchildren and everyone had a great time. Short walk to a beautiful beach that was not crowded at all. There were many extras with the house as well.

Peaceful Stay

The house and location was great. We had a group of 9 people including 3 kids . There was always enough room. Everyone loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Its far enough away from downtown to be quiet and secluded, yet close to everything you are there for. A great place for a family vacation.

Wonderful Place!

This was a great location and the house was exactly as the listing explained. Clean and had everything we needed. Would be great if they had bikes for visitors to use but you can rent from various places near to the house. I highly recommend bike rentals to get around.

Perfect location

The house was wonderful and the location was very close to everything you could need: Beach, convenience store, grocery store and several nice restaurants. We were a family group of 9 ranging in age from 5 to 66. The house provided spaces large enough to gather together or areas to relax alone.

The nicest, well maintained and most comfortable rental ever!

The amenities were fabulous. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beds and chairs were perfect. AC adequately cooled all levels. Kitchen was perfect for our group of six. Excellent location for easy access to anything on the beach. We would DEFINITELY rent again.

Best spot in FMB

Perfectly situated close to the beach and out of the busy part of the island. Kids could safely ride bikes everywhere. House was gorgeous and super clean. Pool/hot tub was great for all ages. Corn hole was onsite and a hit with my kids. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon provided which was awesome. Would definitely stay again!

The house was exceptional for our family. 9 of us in total including 3 under 4. House and pool was perfect for our group. Beach is literally a 5 minute walk even for the young ones. House appears new and well provisioned for a group our size. We enjoyed it very much!

Beautiful house

This property was in excellent condition. Clean and beautiful. We had 10 adults and never felt crowded. We used Coastal Breeze to rent items throughout our stay and the process was effortless. The hot tub and pool, the grill and access to the inlet added great experiences to our stay. We will absolutely return.

This house was perfect for our group. A very quick walk to the beach (5 min or less), plenty of chairs, wagons, a cooler, and two umbrellas. There were 6 beach towels, so if you have more than 6 people, you may want to pack some extra towels. The house itself was beautiful. Plenty of space to gather and not feel crowded. The outdoor area was perfect. Our group loved the pool, hot tub and lounging areas. The downstairs leading out to the pool has a large counter area, fridge and bathroom so perfect for popping in for a beverage or snack. Quick 10 minutes from downtown Fort Myers Beach area. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and clean

This was the perfect distance from the main beach. It was very quiet and private. The house was clean. The patio and pool area was large and clean. There were 9 of us staying there and plenty of space! The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the lack of trash bags and toilet paper available for a week stay. I think the renter should not have to buy extra of those things. With that said, we would definitely rent from them again!

Relaxing Girls Trip

Six ladies enjoyed this beautiful house! We all had plenty of space and loved this end of Fort Myers Beach that was peaceful and away from the Margaritaville traffic. The beach was a two minute walk across the street and we appreciated the beach chairs and wagon that were available for our use. The pool and hot tub patio area was a wonderful way to relax and get some sun. Plenty of seating areas for everyone. The outdoor grill was one of the cleanest we've had at a rental. Property management was super friendly and responded quickly when contacted. We would definitely rent from this company again!

This was a beautiful home with plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 toddlers. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the quick couple of minutes walk to the very large, clean beach. The home had starter kits in the kitchens and all bathrooms. We didn’t run out of anything except garbage bags when we were getting rid of our remaining food. There were plenty of beach towels for all of us. The only recommendation I would make is to update a few of the guest room mattresses. The master was great but a few of the guest rooms were just satisfactory. There were plenty of beach and pool items for guest use. There were 2 beach wagons, 2 umbrellas, toys, chairs, coolers- large and small, etc. The only thing I like about other houses I’ve rented are the condiments that are left by previous guests - like salt and pepper. This house did not have anything. But it’s understandable that they get rid of everything - it was a superbly clean house!

Perfect Family Beach House! 5/5!

This house was well equipped with everything we needed: kitchen gadgets, a grill, a green egg smoker, games, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, the list goes on! The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of room to spread out and it was top notch clean! A 5 minute stroll to a lovely beach spot, walking distance to a couple great little restaurants on the south end of the island, and a short drive to many other spots at the north end of the island. Pool and hot tub are a perfect break from the beach. Communication was excellent! 5/5 recommend this spot!
