Experience the ultimate coastal retreat in this stunning 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo, thoughtfully designed with high-end furniture and premium materials. From the granite countertops and Italian tile to the luxurious king-size bed with a 13-inch memory gel foam mattress and a sofa bed with memory foam, every detail has been carefully chosen for maximum comfort. Located between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs, you're just minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment. No car? Not a problem! The trolley stops right in front of the property, and for only 75 cents per ride, $2 for an all-day pass, or $4 for a 3-day pass, you can explore Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs' beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy the private beach, equipped with sun loungers, drink tables, chairs, and grills—all included at no extra cost. For your convenience, there is also a laundry room located on the ground floor off the lobby area with credit card-operated washers and dryers. This condo offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and location for an unforgettable stay.

Please note: There is bridge construction to build a new bridge over Big Carlos Pass, from Estrellita Drive on Fort Myers Beach to the Lovers Key State Park bayside entrance on Lovers Key. The new bridge will be constructed on the Gulf side of the existing bridge towards Lovers Key State Park side. The project is supposed to be completed by summer of 2026. While we do not know what stage of the project they'll be in during your stay, we've reduced pricing until project completion as we expect that you'll experience noise during your stay. Prices have been discounted to take into consideration any construction noise or inconvenience during that time.

Property very clean! Had a few issues with check-in but Dawn and John were very quick fixing the issues. Also, the building didn't have any carts available which made unloading a little chaotic. Carts were available at check-out.

25th anniversary get awasy

The view was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee. There were plenty of things to do nearby or just enjoy the hot tub, pool, and beach at the condo.

Views for miles!

My bestie and I had a wonderful week at the condo and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. Plenty of sand items and towels to keep our daily beach walks comfy and the beaches had shells for miles. We saw dolphins, manatees, and many sea animal such as star fish and urchins at low tide. Wants a jem!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and it was great. Awesome views, the pool was clean and for the most part was pretty private. The private beach is also clean and is pretty private as well, we were able to see manatees and baby sting ray swimming from our balcony! The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable and overall, we have no complaints! Thank you for being a great host and being so responsive and helpful!
