La vidange du lavabo Ă©tait bouchĂ©e, la tĂ©lĂ© ne fonctionnait pas. Nous l'avons signalĂ© Ăą Hello Key's. Aucune suite n'a Ă©tĂ© donnĂ©e en dĂ©pit de leur engagement de palier ces difficultĂ©s. De plus le porte serviette de la salle d'eau n'Ă©tait fixĂ© que d'un cotĂ©, un grille d'aĂ©ration de la ventillation pleine de poussiĂšre ainsi que les appuis de fenĂȘtre. Cela mĂ©rite un dĂ©domagement. Veuillez me contacter afin que je vous adresse un RIB. Je revendique le remboursement de 200 . En vous remerciant.
