Home not as advertised

The home was not as advertised on VRBO. Was listed as a 5 bedroom home however it was a 4. There was no hot tub. The bedrooms all had holes in the wall where it looked like TV’s were removed. The freezer leaked every day. The ice maker didn’t work. 1 broken chair in the backyard. Reached out to host and I was told that it worked and that 5th bedroom was under construction in the garage and then listing description was changed. We are local and this was a temporary relocation. Was not as advertised or expected. For the price home needs upgrades and amenities.
