The beautiful Hollywood Beach is only 12 minutes away! The home features newly renovated kitchen and appliances, washer & dryer, dining area with pool view and a private gym with upgraded equipment.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in with a dining room off the kitchen with seating for 4. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking.
EXTRAS: The private home is equipped with a washer and dryer with detergent for your use. Beautiful and tranquil outdoor space with a heated pool and private gym.
