On arrival, the property wasn't as pictured in the photos. There was a pungent odar, black mold in the kitchen and bathroom, smoke detectors detached, and electrical outlets loose and falling out. Also, the fridge temperature was lukewarm, and the arcade games didn't work.We reached out to the host with our concerns, and finally received a response after 24 hours. After going back and forth with the host, the host asked us what they could do so we wouldn't leave a review.Overall, poor property, lack of timely response.

We rented this home for my daughters college graduation since we had so many family members coming into town, and it worked out really well. There was plenty of room for everyone, and having the pool and backyard BBQ was a huge plus—perfect for relaxing and spending time together.The location is very convenient to everything, and the price point is good for what you get. The house could use a few upgrades and some additional seating in the living room, but nothing that took away from our overall stay.The owner was extremely kind and very communicative throughout the process, and even left us a bottle of wine to congratulate us on our daughter’s college graduation, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property.
