Disliked: Cleanliness
Terrible experience! I'm not a complainer so I will lay the facts. I will say that the management company is completely useless and they are very well aware of the issues here. Don't book unless you enjoy sleeping with many bugs, they were everywhere including our clothes and suitcases. The company took forever to respond and wouldn't send an exterminator even after I sent them multiple photos and videos of the infestation. Nor did they reimburse our money so we can stay elsewhere. Thieves I tell ya! Don't bother staying here unless you're an entomophile, if you don't know what it means, look it up before submitting payment. Thank you for your time! Good Luck!
