Room barely had room for the bed. No seating no good way to use TV. Walkway from parking lot was directly beside the window. This did not look like the picture on my confirmation. False advertising. We could not stay there. They keep the entire Prepayment.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Surf. The location is unbeatable. The room was clean and ready on time. The instructions for parking and entering our room were clear and easy to follow. The staff was responsive and kind. We would return.

Not a big fan of contactless check in/out. When issues arise, a speedy return call would go a long way. Not 3 hours later. Was also asked if I had a pet with me and I said no as that would have cost extra. The room although was obviously renovated at some point but it had a horrible HORRIBLE smell. Like someone kept an animal that made messes (no carpeting mind you) and tried to hide the smell with no success by maybe using febreeze. If you allow pets, you should have rooms designated SOLEY for animal visitors. We were to spend 3 nights. Only stayed one. Called and texted the phone number to say we were leaving and that the room (room 4) had a really bad odor and wouldn't be able to tolerate it. Weather was not nice so would have spent more time indoors than usual. Although when you left and came back, the smell just wanted to knock you over like a ton of bricks. So, having said all that I HAD NEVER even asked for a refund when leaving a message. BUT TO NOT HAVE THE CURTISY TO CALL AND APOLOZIGE????? Never again. The only true reason I chose this place was because of the free parking and of course had a decent rating. Been to Hollywood before and know from experience how parking works. Seriously, beware!!!!!

The views were UNREAL. The location was awesome. The staff didn’t respond at all upon check in though. Even through we called and sent a text message as instructed. This location is operated like an air b and b so be prepared. The room was dirty and upon submitting that request. We were told that they would fumigate. Ok. Cool I guess?

Everything was Great!! The location, Having parking (in this area) was amazing!! The entire area along the Boardwalk is a Wonderful place to spend a vacation!!(There is no office staff... only a very nice ccleaning staff that come as you leave.) I hope to come again!!

Housekeeping on request advertised but when I asked.....$150.00 extra. Handheld showerhead, showerhead and diverter valve so high as to be unreachable by normal height woman. Asked for early checkin and was offered 30 minutes....kind of a joke. Cannot understand the 9.0 rating. I suspect somehow the system was gamed. One set of designer towels but the rest were cheap crap. Other than aforementioned designer washcloth, only black make-up remover washcloths supplied. Beach chairs moldy Wall air conditioners very loud.

We were very happy with our stay at the Surf and are so glad we discovered it. The rates were excellent, the condo beautiful, and the convenient easy walk over to the beach and boardwalk so nice! The only drawback was the limited parking which was full on our first night and the lack of on site personnel, making it difficult to address any questions that arose. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Stay away from this hotel..

Stay away from this hotel. They use your credit card without your authorization and charge your stay multiple times and you might spend several weeks to dispute their charges and get your money back. The AC system in the room also very old and makes a hell of noise. Therefore, there is no way you can sleep during the nights unless you turn the AC off , which is not possible in Florida.

Great place, close to ocean, for a good price.

We loved this condo, just a block from the ocean. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had a tiny view of the ocean from our room, which I enjoyed. Our favorite place was on the nice patio, which you could see the ocean. It was great for our afternoon drink. A parking spot was a great bonus. We have been coming to Hollywood for the past 8 years, and would definitely consider coming here again. We had no issues.

The room super clean! There's so much to do without having to drive. Just steps from the beach. My daughter and I stayed for a softball tournament near by and when we go back I know where to stay 😉

Couldn’t have asked for a better or more convenient place to stay. Only 200 feet from the beach and boardwalk! Not directly in the heart of the boardwalk which is great cause it’s less busy and quieter but walking distance to everything. Would definitely return.
