The neighborhood did not feel safe as many of the neighbors had cars parked in the yards and junk surrounding the homes. The Publix grocery store closest to the property is outdated and the clientele questionable. The Walmart Supercenter nearby was much better and felt safe. The property is listed as a private heated pool oasis. The backyard where the pool is located has a chain link fence. We were expecting a privacy fence. Most of the pool inflatables had mildew on them or had holes. There was charcoal lighter fluid in the box with the pool inflatables, that was a turn off. The eaves on the backside of the house are rotting and lots of cobwebs or tears in the patio furniture. The beds slept very well but the bedroom with the queen bed had black above the air vent. It looked like mold. The bedroom with the trundle bed had drywall missing in the closet. The bathroom shower closet to these bedrooms had a gray/black film on the rainfall shower head, again looked like mold. The washer and dryer are located in the garage and needed to be cleaned before use. They were disgusting. No hot water in the kitchen sink. What dishes we did handwash were washed in cool water. One sponge for hand dishwashing and wiping down countertops and stove. No potholders could be found. The dishwasher would only operate and clean the dishes on pots and pans cycle. The light fixtures in the entryway and bathroom were covered in dust.
