Amazing stay. The property managers were really responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here. No hidden fees, as close to the beach as advertised. Loved it !

For an 8 day stay/ 1st week of March.Owners very attentive. The sun umbrella was broken and a new was delivered within hours (top notch service right there)! Yes there are no screens on the windows and no, I did not ask why, however I would like to know so if you can give us an answer to this million dollar question, we would appreciate it ;) ...The beach is super close, the room is way bigger than anticipated (the add is really representative of what you get). We do want to apologize for not leaving the apartment cleaner. Our flight got cancelled and we put on another flight which left us with less than 1 hour to pack the whole family. We did leave behind an espresso maker so future customers can enjoy a good italian style coffee in the morning. The pool was clean the whole time we were there. Hope you got that pump checked out!I would defenitely recommend. The only bad thing was that the vacation had to end. Thank you Newman Hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and our host was very attentive to our needs. The location was close to the beach and walking distance to the Pompano Pier. Overall the condo was very nice and true to the pictures. It was clean and welcoming.

Apartment entspricht den Bildern. Tolle gross und ausreichend ausgerüstete Küche.Die Bäder sind modern renoviert.Der Pool ist sauber und erfrischend.Die Entfernung zum Strand ist optimal um auch mal spontan ans Meer zu gehen.

Great place, great price!

This was perfect for us, the place was very clean, managers very communicative, and it was a bargain during our July stay. It was quiet, and the pool was nice. 5 minute walk to the beach!

The property very clean. However you could not read the dial on the stove the numbers were blurred. The shower curtain could have been better. No screens in the windows some nights we could have gone without AC but lack of screens did not make that possible. No directions on how to use steam TV, no broom or dust pan.

The property was comfortable and spacious. The TV’s were nice but there was no local stations or any sports channels. All three TV operated differently. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful place and close to the beach

This unit was clean and had everything we needed. It is also within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The pool was perfect for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Best place ever

Great space for 3 adults. Nice furnishings, clean, recently renovated, fantastic location one long block to beach. Beach chairs & umbrella provided. Beds Towels, sheets super comfortable - nice tv sets & easy to use. The only thing we didn’t love was air temperature. Hard to get it just right & no heat for the chilly mornings. Cool air kept automatically coming on.
