* Smoking and vaping of any kind are not allowed indoors. A smoke removal charge will be incurred if we have to remediate the smoke odor and the cost can be substantial. Outdoors are fine, please enjoy your stay, but also please clean up anything from those activities.
*Garbage cans are on the South side (left if you're at the front looking at the house). Garbage days are Monday and Thursday morning. If your stay falls on a garbage day, please take the garbage can(s) to the curb the night before.
