This remodeled townhome with a coastal decor is the perfect retreat for your beach getaway. Located less than a block to the Broadwalk and Hollywood Beach's pristine sand and water, this home has everything you need. The downstairs features the living room with a 50" Smart HDTV, queen sized sleeper sofa, loveseat, kitchen, dining area and a remodeled bathroom. The kitchen has updated cabinets and granite counters. There is also a bar top that seats 3. Upstairs features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, full closet, and a top of the line bathroom with a shower and spa tub that lights up and has soothing jets. Also upstairs is a guest bedroom with a full mattress, remodeled guest bathroom and an additional guest bedroom that has a queen sized bed. All bedrooms features TV's. The ground level features an additional living room / storage area with a kitchenette refrigerator, TV and plenty of beach accessories including chairs and 3 bikes. Also on the ground level is an additional bedroom featuring a queen bed, bathroom with a shower and an additional laundry room. Parking is right out your front door and everything you need is conveniently located within a short walk / drive. Enjoy the famed Hollywood Beach Broadwalk with all of its restaurants, bars and of course Margaritaville! Within a short drive to the Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport, Aventura and both South Beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Escape the cold winters and live near the beach!

Amazing location and great hosts!

My sisters and I have been visiting the Hollywood area for the past 4 years. Every year we have looked for a home where we can make it our annual location. We finally found it! The location of this home is fantastic and a very quick walk to the beach. (2 minutes). The house was decorated with a beach theme and Todd made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this home. We’ve already planned on coming back next year. Fantastic Home and wonderful hosts!
