This property is not quite beach front but is about a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach and awesome restaurants so I can’t complain at all about location!! This property is definitely dated and in some cases I would even say in a state of disrepair. The yard isn’t safe for kids, fence falling apart and broken glass. Missing toilet paper holders and door knobs loose throughout the property. Overall the property was clean-ish with the exception of the floors. Our feet were black within minutes of being in the house. The kitchen is well stocked which was nice. I wish there would have been beach chairs or an umbrella for guests to use given the property is so close to the beach. The property manager was extremely responsive when I voiced some of my concerns and their communication was excellent throughout our stay. I’m hoping they will fix some of the things we mentioned because with a little old this property could be top notch!!

We reached out to the host to let them know that the pull out bed was broke (missing springs on the right side), 3 beds were missing blankets and the master bedroom toilet was not flushing for most of the trip. We asked for help, they said they Putin a ticket but no one ever came by.
