The house was big and the location was fantastic it was a plus to have 3 full bathrooms.One of rhe things that I love the most it was how big rhe dinning table was and the luving room area.I was very disappointed that one if the reasons i selected this house over others it was the back patio with a sitting area and privacy fence, but to iur disappointment the outside couches where filthy so we have to washed them and that the outside lights where not working.we let you guys know inmediatly so we arrived Saturday the 20th the lights where never fixed instead on the 24th the maintenance guy showed up with a light that it was an industrial work ligth.The privacy fence is halve broken and the grilled it was on such of terrible way that we where afraid to cook on it.The ice maker and the freezer not working properly, i showed it to the maintenance person he took a picture of the broken ice maker and that was it. nothing else happened with the freezer. The microwave was broken they brought us a counter top microwave.Then they where no kitchen towels or pot handles. As soon as we arrived we took our shoes of like we do in our homes and to our surprise the floor was so dirty that our feet got black as soon as we walk on the floor our feet where black.The house didn't had a broom or a mop, or any cleaning supplies, also we only had one blanket for 3 bedrooms and a sofa bead plus my bed spread had horrible yellow stains.We had to request a mop, broom,cleaning spray,blankets,towels a

Avoid Cozy Management – Unsafe Property, No Accountability We booked this 3-bedroom beachfront rental and arrived to find it completely uninhabitable—no running water, broken fridge, chirping smoke detector, mold, dirt, and even salamanders running through the kitchen. The backyard was trashed with broken screens, overgrown weeds, and sharp fence pieces. Toilets didn’t flush. It was unsafe and unsanitary. We spent the entire day dealing with the host, Cozy Management, instead of enjoying our trip. They moved us to a property 45 minutes further away, with no beach access, and split our family into two units 30 floors apart. This caused us to miss activities, spend more on parking, gas, and dining in a more expensive area. We were promised contact to discuss a “fair resolution”—but never heard back. When I followed up, they offered only hotel parking reimbursement and a late checkout notice sent after checkout time. Then they told me to “take it up with VRBO.” This experience was a disaster. We paid full price for a completely different, inferior stay. Do not book with Cozy Management—they do not stand behind their listings, and their customer service is dismissive at best. Total lack of responsibility. You’ve been warned.

The check in process was a little confusing at first but once we got inside it was easy the rest of the trip. There are so many things to do in walking distance as well as driving distance. Great location and house.
