BOAT:
Anchored boat is off limits. Penalty of $1,000 plus damages. Camera records boat access
24/7.
Do not board the boat under any circumstances. Do not operate or touch the boat lift or trailer. These items are off limits and guest must keep way for safety.
Guest may bring their own boat and tie up to the Dock Using The Boat Whips On Property Welcome to our home! We want to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please take a moment to review our house rules:
1. Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 10:00 AM or earlier
2. No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. Pets:
• Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given.
• If approved, please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure all guests have a restful stay.
5. Parties and Events:
Parties and events are not permitted. Please respect the neighbors and avoid loud noises.
6. Number of Guests:
The maximum occupancy of the home is 8. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
7. Trash and Recycling:
Please dispose of trash in the bins provided. Follow local recycling guidelines for proper disposal.
8. Kitchen Use:
Please clean up after using the kitchen. All dishes should be washed and returned to their original places.
9. Damages:
Any damages or issues should be reported immediately so we can address them. Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
10. Security and Keys:
Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
11. Hot Tub / Pool:
If applicable, please follow safety guidelines provided for the hot tub or pool. Children must be supervised at all times.
12. Parking:
Please park only in designated areas. Do not block driveways or access roads.
13. Respect the Property:
Treat the home and its contents with care. Please report any maintenance issues as soon as possible.

Security Cameras:

For the safety and security of the property, there are four security cameras installed around the exterior:
1. Ring outdoor flood camera: Positioned to monitor the pool area, overlooking the boat and dock canal.
2. Side camera: Located to monitor the side door and fence area.
3. Ring front doorbell camera: Positioned to monitor the front entry.
4. Back door camera: Monitors the backyard and boat area.

These cameras are used to monitor the exterior of the property.

Security Cameras Notice

Any tampering with or covering of these cameras is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, with no refund issued for any unused nights.

Please note that we have security cameras on the property, including a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance, a side door camera, and cameras in the backyard monitoring the dock and boat for safety and security. By renting this property, you agree to the presence and use of these cameras for security purposes.
