Exceeded our expectations!

Words truly can’t describe how wonderful our accommodations were. Paul, the owner and Tito the maintenance man were both wonderful and made sure everything in the house was great. The layout of the house was even better than pictures show. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Very clean, spacious and the heated backyard pool was AMAZING! Tropical paradise in the back yard. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy a great weekend in this wonderful home!

Fantastic place and beautiful grounds!

This is a beautiful house in a secluded neighborhood in Ft. Lauderdale. If you want room, privacy, and a beautiful pool, this is the place you need to get. Please note though, while this is a lovely home perfect for families and friends to gather, you CAN walk places, but it is not really walking distance from either the beach or the town. An Uber will probably be necessary to go to dinner. The host is super responsive and incredibly professional. The pool and outdoor spaces are second to none. The pictures are totally accurate. Our family loved this house!

Fab House in a Perfect Location

The house was perfect for our group of 10. Paul was really nice to communicate with. It had everything we needed. The outside/pool area is the perfect spot to spend your afternoon. The location is also amazing - ideally located right between the beach and Las Olas. It never took us more than 10 minutes to get anywhere. Added bonus that there is security for the neighborhood when you come back at night. Highly recommend!

Great getaway spot!

Would definitely recommend Paul's place! House had EVERYTHING- beach supplies, pool towels, ample seating and sleeping space. Great location and Paul was super easy to communicate with. I think the property looks even better in person! Only downside- could use more bath towels/better quality they are super thin.

Our Family Wedding Weekend was Great!

Three generations including 8 adults and one child had a fabulous weekend at ths Seven Isles home in Fort Lauderdale. The location is within a half-mile of the public beach and a minute off of Las Olas Blvd. in a beautiful upscale quiet neighborhood.

Great house, fantastic location!

We stayed 10 days over the Christmas holidays with our 15 & 20 year old. The house was spacious, clean, and the rooms all nicely decorated. Having the heated pool was great, and you can't beat the location. The neighborhood is stunning, and we took daily advantage of the easy walk to the beach (20 min!) as well as the vicinity to the Las Olas Boulevard for restaurants, shops, etc (also walkable, although we drove and found parking easy - download the PaybyPay app). We did a quick shop at a local Publix for groceries, shampoo, etc and while we didn't use the bicycles, we did use the beach chairs. We would definitely stay again, and we could certainly see bringing more family members with us. Paul was a very responsive and a good host. Our stay was very positive!

Amazing !!

Our stay at Paul’s house in Seven Isles was exactly what we were looking for. It was deceiving how spacious it was and the amenities were fantastic. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and pool floats. The house was extremely clean and the pool water was crystal clear. Unlike many other homes, the long dining room table made sitting together and eating together seamless. Furthermore, he was extremely responsive. Thank you Paul !!

Best 2 weeks ever!

I can't express how amazing our stay was at this wonderful property. The communication with the host was timely and specific. We were there for my daughter's wedding and the host gave us perfect recommendations for groceries, restaurants, etc. The property itself was a dream. The backyard landscaping and illumination was beautiful and the neighborhood was gorgeous to walk around. Thank you Paul for everything!

This is a great house in a great neighborhood close to everything! The pool area was quite tropical and the pool was warm. Tito the house manager was very helpful for any needs we had and Paul the host was great. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Most Enjoyable Visit

Our 5-week stay was most enjoyable. The owner, Paul, and his property manager, Tito, responded immediately to any issues we had. The pool area is delightful. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. A bit of a hike to the beach or central Los Olas, which is doable. We are hoping the property is available for us again in 2023.

Family wedding

All my children and grandchildren stayed together for my son’s wedding in Fort Lauderdale. It was so nice that now my 2 grandchildren want to move to Florida. An extra door key would have been helpful with so many people.

Amazing House for a Group

The house is very spacious with each room having plenty of space vs. other houses that cram the biggest bed into the smallest room. Social areas are great for hanging out in and the set up for the pool is great as well! This house can easily accommodate a large group of 9 people.

Amazing Stay!

Went for a relaxing girls weekend in Fort Lauderdale and settled on this house for location and the awesome pool. We couldn’t have ask for better. Paul was great to deal with responding quickly and check in/out was a breeze. Plenty of pool lounge chairs for our group, the house was clean and stocked with all essentials. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Overall wonderful trip!

Perfect everything!

If you’re looking to spend a weekend in Ft Lauderdale STAY HERE!! The house was spotless, the location is perfect! It’s 2-3 min from las olas Blvd which has some of the best food options- and it’s only 5-10 min from awesome night life hot spots. We visited for a Bachlorette party and had more than enough space / sleeping arrangements to accommodate 9. Paul was quick to respond to questions, and sent quite a few recommendations for places to check out around town. The pool already had floats, the house had everything to include travel toiletries in bathroom and all kitchen items for eating/ cooking. We rented a yacht for the day Saturday but forgot towels- Paul had set some out for us and even had large coolers and extra bags of ice for us, which was so helpful!! Beds are super comfortable too- and there were extra pillows in closets but we didn’t even need them.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and it did not disappoint! House sleeps 12 adults in beds and was very spacious. Paul was a great host to work with - very responsive and accommodated an early check in for my group! Highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful home, great location

We went on a girls trip for a long weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The owner was very helpful and gave excellent suggestions on places to visit in town. The house was clean and had great space. Part of the fridge was not working, so the owner went out of his way and put another fridge in the house to help with space. We would recommend this house for sure!

Pictures are exactly how it looks inside. Great location, super responsive host/owner. Private pool area is great! There were no sand toys but host shipped some via Amazon - nice touch! Would love to return.

Overall Great Stay

Paul’s property was very nice and accommodating. There were a total of 6 beds 3 kings and 3 fulls - all beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms are beautiful. The pool area was WONDERFUL with so much seating to comfortably accommodate a large group or family. The pool was well heated when we arrived and felt GREAT. It was easy to get in contact with the owner when we had issues and he was very responsive and adhering to our needs/request. Neighbors are a bit uppity. (Put in a noise complaint on us 1 minute past the 10pm quiet time for playing music outside and called on us again for an unknown reason) Overall - I would stay here again as it was spacious, comfortable, and in a beautiful community with an accommodating owner.
