Studio cottage unit with full kitchen and bath. Located a the back of the property, the unit has two dedicated outdoor spaces and a separate parking area and entrance. The space has able outdoor seating as well as a bar in the kitchen, a large working desk, a convertible sofa, a queen size bed as well as a washer and dryer located inside of the unit.
The property is located in a residential neighborhood close to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors and 10 minute drive to the beach.

There shared outdoor spaces but each unit has dedicated covered and open-air patios.
The space is a great set up for ideally for someone who is looking for a space to get away and work remotely.
