The Space:

Welcome to Downtown Hollywood! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is just steps away from the legendary Rave Vault Club — a hotspot for global music lovers and headliners like Above & Beyond, David Guetta, Dead mouse, and more.

Perfect for cruise travelers, festival fans, or business guests, the location offers unbeatable walkability to nightlife, restaurants, and local vibes. Just a short drive to the beach, airport, and cruise terminals

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house, laundry, full kitchen, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, TVs, and umbrella, and BBQ at the front of the house

Free parking for 1-4 cars, washer and dryer. For check-in we are happy to be flexible as long as the schedule allows. We offer a key less entrance and will provide you with the code to enter the house upon check-in.

You're just a short walk from a variety of dining options, from casual cafes to upscale restaurants. Explore the local shops and boutiques along Hollywood Boulevard, or take a quick drive to the beach for a day of sun and sand. For nightlife enthusiasts, the legendary Rave Vault Club is nearby, offering a fantastic experience for music lovers. The neighborhood also offers convenient access to local attractions and is well-connected for exploring the wider area. Everything you need is within easy reach, making your stay both comfortable and exciting.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze! Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located within a short walking distance. For those arriving by air, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is just a quick drive away, approximately 15 minutes, and Miami International Airport (MIA) is about 40 minutes. Cruise travelers will appreciate the easy access to Port Everglades, also a short drive. Parking is free for up to four cars on the property, and street parking is also available. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring local attractions, or catching a flight, getting around from our home is convenient and stress-free.

When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.

*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.



Please only park in 4 cars.



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:



- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent.



Please be considerate of the neighbors and bring all the loud actions inside the house after 9 pm.



-Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host doesn't able store or sending it overstate





* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.



If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please place the garbage container outside as provided on the "garbage table" placed inside the house.



We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM and $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.



Interaction with Guests:
