I’m the owner and I live in the main house. It’s a separate structure from the Cozy House that I rent.
No more than 2 guest are allowed.
No parties of events are allowed inside and/or outside of the property.

The air conditioning was effective and helped to drown out the noise of a neighbor’s party. We were only looking for a place to sleep for the night while in town visiting and this was just what we needed. We were not able to park in the driveway, but were able to park on the street. The place was clean and well kept.

The cozy house was as advertised. The outdoor space is wonderful, the house itself is a converted garden shed, it is very very small but included everything we needed. The shower was great, the bed was comfy and the refrigerator worked well. The ac unit was a bit loud but worked well. Not luxurious but functional
