A little sketchy
This rental is in a small apartment type building arranged in a horse shoe. Its run down and in a run down party of hollywood, but we did not kmow being from out of town. The blinds do not fully covwr the windows and the other residents can walk right up to the window and look in if the wanted to. A local friend who came to pick us up questioned the the location and after observing some other residents living in the other units we were worried about our belongings when leaving for dinner. Definitely not worth the asking price vs what else we saw nearby for a little more. Lessong learned to do some more research.
