The property was great - a nice modern place in an excellent location. Watching the sunrise from the back deck was a big bonus. The kitchen is well stocked, the 2 bathrooms were ideal, and the CVS on the corner was an extra plus.

Pros- -the house was clean upon arrival- the interior decor and ambiance is beautiful-central location Cons- - boat was filled with water, unable to use -coffee pot water container is fullOf mold which i drank coffee from before noticing-hot water does not work in master shower; two people cannot take showers consecutively in the guest shower because water does not maintain heat -holes in the patio ceiling tiles, it rained one night so we were unable to sit outside because the couches were wet. - the exterior artifical grass is laid awkwardly and is a safety hazard due to wrinkles in how it was laid. Can be a tripping hazard.The host responded to messages quickly until I left this this feedback. Would return if the above was taken care of.

House was beautiful in a convenient location. Nice layout. Everything is as pictured. Host was responsive. Really enjoyed seeing the sunrise each morning. View from backyard is amazing. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
