Having someone else walk in on you at 1:10 AM in the middle of the night, having received an electronic key from the office to someone else’s room, and when they realized I’m not letting them in because that was the room that I received, they got the guard, and tried two more times to come into the room until I had to call the police. That is outrageous!

Room was ok, good for sleeping, thin walls. Can hear vehicles all night. Staff around the building seemed like they hated their lives but the younger man I dealt with at the front was very nice to me, everyone else was rude. Dont really recommend this place if I were to come back to Florida, beautiful beaches and boardwalk near by which was a plus

Staff at the front desk was very rude not to just me but to everyone. Arrived 15 minutes early of check-in. Got denied even though others we're getting room keys. The room was clean and the exterior had a nice Mediterranean feel 👍.

We were early arriving but our room was ready. Room was clean nicely renovated in the Casa building. Nice courtyard ( where seating for breakfast is) room smaller than pictured but adequate. Quick walk to beach, boardwalk , restaurants. Liquor store about 10 minutes walk away. No groceries close by. Tip .. bring your own dish soap, coffee and paper filters, ( practical items) kitchenette was adequate. Breakfast was breads, cereals, fruit, coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs. Some pastries. Some parts of these buildings are in need of updates/ repairs but overall the pools were nice. Some nice outdoor spaces to relax at, lots of options on buildings in their hotel grouping. Prices offer you closer to beachfront at Neptune.. most staff we encountered were pleasant.
