Love it, my 10th time there. Wouldn't stay anywhere else

Disappointed in very tiny room. Only 1 double bed. No balcony as we've had in previous stay.

Excellent , the Hotel, beach, location spectacular

planned on a one day stay as we road tripped around Florida. Enjoyed so much we stayed a extra day.

So I booked this placed for one last night based on TA reviews and it’s proximity to the Airport we are flying out of. I wanted our last stay to be at a beach front hotel. The reviews I read were somewhat mixed, so here is mine while fresh on my mind. When checking in they were unable to locate my prepaid reservation for a beach front room. After about 10 minutes they located it and were very nice about it. I was provided the Beachfront King room I paid for. The staff is very nice. The hotel is a bit dated but clean. The beach is nice as is the pool area, but just average as far as lounges, furniture etc. The one negative which had heard about is the scent/ oder in the rooms and hallways. They are using some type of fragrance to mask something which I sense is probably a mildew/ mold issue. I am not sure about the problem but it’s not pleasant and does somewhat irritate my sinuses. Once I run the AC in the room it helps but I also had our balcony door open earlier which also helped. To me that is an issue that if fixed would greatly improve the hotel’s ratings and my satisfaction. The other negative is that you pay for towels and chairs. You cannot do room charges without a portfolio card which is inconvenient when wearing swim attire and getting in and out of the water. I would rather they use a wristband or something similar, charge a simple resort fee of a reasonable amount and eliminate the Nickel and Dime charges. Overall for one night was OK but get past the odor

Great location: steps to the beach; clean pool and pool area. Did not like the fact that people smoked around the pool.

Will be back next year! The Beachcomber never disappoints. Ordering drinks from the beach cabana and the amazing ocean view from the loungers on our balcony stand out as favorites. Nice quiet surroundings with walkable restaurants and water taxi make this the perfect spot.

Relaxing Restaurant good food wonderful staff Rooms comfortable and clean

awesome Tiki Bar staff, sitting and relaxing in the beach area added to the relaxation nice set up !

very nice hotel, very cozy, nice pool, right on the beach, and it's a beautiful beach. Pool employees are marvelous (Luis, Carlo). Restaurant food is incredibly good. Our room was clean and very nice I just thought the drinks were expensive at the Tiki Bar. Happy hour should be 12-7, not 5-7 daily. All other places I have been have happy hour earlier, people (including us) would have drank more. Maria Pia and Angel

Stayed in Villa. I preferred balcony in room in main hotel.

Great food at restaurant! Great view! Super experience.

Love this hotel. Staff is great. Great beach. I come all the time. It's my favorite!

Loved the tropical atmosphere and friendly staff.

Old and noisy airconditioning. Nice beach and good restaurant.

I always go to this Hotel because I love everything about it.

Bathroom from the 50's. Phone in the bathroom. Really. No seating. Pillows to big. Put my neck out for two days. Balcony filled up with two lounge chairs. No room to stand. I have stayed in better rooms for half the price.

We had a fantastic time. The hotel was very accommodating. We had a gorgeous view. The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. This was my first visit but my partners third. We will be returning.

My husband and I had a great getaway at Beachcomber. It was relaxing and right on the beach. It isnt located near very much, but not a far drive to local attractions. Staff very friendly and accomadating.

Furniture in room is old and should be updated..they were also charge you $10 plus tax a night if you want a microwave in your room...positive part is the hotel sits right on the beach very convenient
