Got the worst place on the property

We had room that was no better than a hotel. Nothing about this room was like a condo. We had no jacuzzi, no balcony, yet almost everyone else at least has this. We were told at least 20 times "We are at 110% occupancy. Apparently this was the last one available. Yet I booked through VRBO a month ago. We were very disappojnted in the small room, layout and ammentities.
