We enjoyed our stay at Villa Renza, it was exactly what we needed for our trip. The location is great- close to restaurants and shops, but no street noise at night. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and the beach chairs, wagon and cooler that were available to use. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked.

The house was great - in an awesome location. The host gave us great suggestions for dinner and music. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard was small and the pool was very small. It seemed like a whirlpool. It actually had the jets. Regardless we had a great time!!

Great Family Vacation!

We were so happy to have found this gem. The house is all that it claims to be - clean and spacious with many amenities. It really is a quick walk to the beach and the center of town. The hosts were constantly available and checked in via text to make sure we didn't need anything.At one point, the ice maker stopped working and a maintenance worker was there within minutes to fix it and he brought a bag of ice to make sure we had ice right away! We enjoyed a lounging in the back after a hot day at the pool. Thank you for a wonderful experience - we will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect location

Perfect location! Love the walkability of LBTS and this location couldn't be better. 2 blocks from the beach and many restaurants. Walking distance to Publix. Plenty of space for 4 gals. Everything you could possibly need. Great communication. We'd love to come back. And stay longer next time!

Great vacation at Villa Renza.

Everything was terrific. My only disappointment was the pool is really small and the water temperature was way to warm 80. It was not refreshing at all. Felt like a bath. I wish there is a way to get the pool colder, especially when Ft. Lauderdale temps are 90 each day. Ortherwise it was perfect.

Nice Townhome in Great Location

Three spacious bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. Small solar heated pool / jacuzzi perfect for children. Close to many restaurants and shops and the beach. Water taxi nearby.

Everything you need!

We had a great stay at Villa Renza. We loved the spacious layout, the private outside patio and pool, and the great location. It was great being close to the beach and all of the great restaurants and shops. This is a perfect location for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. The hosts were also great to work with and very accommodating.

Perfect!

This home was really prefect for our trip. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we need for an enjoyable stay! It’s a 5 minute walk to downtown and the beach, with lots of great restaurants nearby. There are a few shops nearby to stock up on necessary items, and the Publix is a 5 minute drive. They supplied all the linens and towels, and also plenty of basics like tpaper and paper towels. The property manager was texting us every day to check in and immediately responded to any concerns. We had a plumbing issue and they sent the property manager out to resolve it very quickly. The beach chairs, beach towels and wagon were also a nice touch. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Adult(over 40) Friend Getaway

Villa Renza was the perfect house and location for our adult only getaway with friends. It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants(many with live music) and the beach. The bedroom were decently space from each other and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the needed amenities if you want to eat in or just make your own coffee before going out for breakfast. An added bonus for my beer snob husband was many 4 Star Breweries nearby. My husband, my self and our friends would definitely stay here again. Our friends were actually talking about renting Villa Renza soon for a getaway with their teenage children.

Long Weekend in Lauderdale by the Sea

This was a last minute booking as a previous booking with another host was canceled days before our departure to Florida . With limited properties available on short notice we were skeptical of what we would find . I can't say enough about the property, the location and the host . The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed , and close to downtown . We would definitely book this property again .

Great Spot

My wife and I had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect with a quick walk to the beach access and to the main block of town. The private pool is great for non beach days or to finish your day off after being at the beach. House was clean and the kitchen had everything we need. Looking for a home away from home getaway, this is a great option. Highly recommend. We had a beautiful week here.

We’ll be back!!

Our first time to Ft Lauderdale, we were there for a gymnastics competition. Lauderdale y the sea is adorable, the walk to the beach is just a couple blocks. The house was amazing, just as described. Beds were comfortable, tons of space for everyone to spread out. The INLY downside is the showers are very small! Barely enough room to turn around for an average size person. Everything else was perfect. We grilled steak, made breakfast daily. Lots of cute shops and eats close by to walk to. The hosts were amazing too, we texted several times for additional umbrellas and questions. They were super responsive and helpful. Even sent us a video to show us how to use the coffee maker! We came for a short trip for a competition but we will definitely be back!!
