It’s a beautiful property situated on a corner lot. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The crown jewel is the backyard with a sweet in ground pool, full sun most of the day and four comfortable chaise lounges. The backyard is totally private and completely fenced in. There’s also a large cabana on a trex deck, perfect for getting out of the sun. It has nice patio furniture and a table with eight chairs for all your guests. We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it! The neighborhood is perfect for walking and we felt completely safe. We had a plumbing issue on our third day, I contacted the owner and he was very responsive. A plumber arrived the next day and fixed the problem, no other issues for the remainder of our stay. I want to correct the listing, there is no garage parking. The garage has a regulation ping pong table which I enjoyed, an air hockey table, the washer and dryer and an assortment of other items for the yard. There’s a plastic kiddie pool for toddlers. It’s super centrally located about a half mile from the main thoroughfare thru Pompano beach and close to shops, restaurants, a prime golf course and anything else you might need. If your undecided take my word for it and rent it you won’t be disappointed!
