Great Place!

This was a great place to stay! The place was very clean and in a good location! It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and also walking distance and a short ride to a lot of restaurants and bars near the beach. Ernest was a great host and very accommodating and helpful!

This home had everything we needed and more. We were able to walk 1.3 mile to the festival and enjoyed the walk with restaurants and stores.HIGHLY recommend this rental!

Exactly as Advertised

At the last minute, my husband and I decided to stay in Fort Lauderdale. We didn’t want a hotel so decided to give a VRBO a whirl. I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s, but honestly this one was super clean. (trust me I’m picky). The property was close to the beach as well as many restaurants in the area. The owner was attentive with communication and directions to access the condo was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again, but for a longer stay next time. We didn’t get to use much of the kitchen, but it appeared that everything was organized and most kitchen utensils were available. The beds were comfortable and appreciated the extra towels. It was too cold to go in the pool, although it was heated. The outside laundry facilities seem to be clean as well. Overall this was a 10 plus VRBO. Thanks again Ernest!

Fantastic place in quiet area

Everything was clean and matched the listing. Ernest was incredibly responsive to my inquiries. The location was in a quiet street a short walk from the beach. The pool was a great feature to cool off after the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basics and the living and dining room were spacious to spread out in.

Perfect!!

Very nice, clean safe place. Newly remodeled. Nice heated pool. Had a lot of extras like beach towels, keurig, few water etc. Had Hulu and Netflix. Perfect little place, definitely will safe again. Host was very friendly and replied quickly every time. You won’t be disappointed

The condo was just perfect for a girls weekend getaway. Location was also perfect, close to the beach and wonderful restaurants! The host was very accommodating, responsive and had great recommendations!

Simply Exceptional!

The host was awesome! He is communcative, courteous, polite, and helpful! My experience with accommodations taught me that how the host makes you feel can determine the extent to which a stay is enjoyable. I felt welcome long before I arrived at the condo for my stay. The condo is a well-apointed home away from home. It is super clean, comfortable, luxurious, and has everything a family could need for a stay. They thought of everything for a guest to enjoy the stay at the condo as well as wirhin the neighbourhood and wider Fort Lauderdale area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo and if I'm in the Fort Lauderdale area again, will hope it's available for my stay.

Great location, quiet and comfortable

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and the grill. We would definitely return. Thank you Ernest!

Great place, clean. Location was walkable to beach. If you wanted a low-key day, the pool at the unit is heated and a great place to hang as well. Fun local restaurants. Ernst was quick to respond. We had zero issues

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay with Ernest! Even though we had bad weather, we still had a great time walking the area and watching the boats. Very clean, well set up kitchen and super close to parking and pool which was super important with my young family. Quiet at night and super comfy beds. 100% would recommend.
