Love watching boats on the deck!
Loved being able to sit outside with morning coffee or evening cocktails and watch the boats go by. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice decor and appliances.

Great Stay
Great location on the intercoastal. I really enjoyed watching the boats go by the house. It’s a 4 minute walk to the beach and there are a bunch of restaurants around the corner. If you don’t know- try the whale’s rib – it was featured on HGTV’s Diners, Drive Ins and Dives many years ago.
The house is really cute. It obviously just went through a total remodel and everything was well done, stylish and comfortable. There are accordion doors out to the balcony that provided a great indoor outdoor connection. Good natural light in the house, and the internet (sometimes you have to work on vacation) was strong.
The only knock against the place would be the neighbors. Although friendly and quiet, there were several smokers on the property including a chain smoker next door.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place and would stay again.
